(1) After the machining center is powered on, immediately check whether the switch buttons and indicators are normal. If there is any abnormality, immediately shut down and report to the maintenance personnel.
(2) Before the formal processing, the coordinates of the machining center must be returned to zero, and the machine can be operated after idling for more than 15 seconds.
(3) In order to simplify the positioning and installation of the CNC machining center, no positioning surface has a relative machining origin and precise coordinate dimensions.

(4) Ensure that the stroke of the workpiece is within the stroke range of the spindle during installation.
(5) When installing the workpiece, ensure that the workpiece is installed tightly, but also pay attention not to be too tight and cause loss of positioning accuracy.
